We will come to your event and guide a group of adults on the art of pyrography and how to burn hats. Each guest will walk away with their own burnt hat, hat band, accessories, hat box/tote bag, and hat brush with their name engraved on it!

How does it work?
- Booking requires a minimum of 2.5 hours. A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of $250 secures the booking.
- Event space: Needs to be well ventilated, we will bring everything else.
- Rates: $150 per hour for the presence of the hat bar (maximum 5 hours). This does not include material/product costs see pricing below. Any additional charges will be communicated before the event takes place.
- Securing your spot: Upon receiving our invoice, the booking fee, 50% material deposit and agreement are due within 2 working days to confirm your booking.
- Balance: remaining deposit, applicable taxes, remaining balance for the material and services are due 7 days before the event starts. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the agreement and retaining the on-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of $250.
- During the event: If the event overruns or more hats are needed, we can easily accommodate while supplies last. We always bring a few extra hats just in case! These charges will be settle on site.
Material pricing
- Adult vegan fedora hats: $100
- Adult wool felt fedora hats: $180
- Charlie One Felt Fedora Hats: $200
- Specific branded Hats: Please inquire, we have special deals with local hat stores.

Our Policy
Weather:
If the event space is an outdoor venue and dependent on weather conditions, either party may notify the other to postpone the event to a later date. Notice of postponement must be provided the night before the event day. While refunds aren't provided, events can be rescheduled within 3 months.
Refund Protocol:
Should you need to cancel, the $250 booking fee is retained. Refund amounts are determined based on the cancellation timeline and Flame Kissed's expenses.
Rescheduling:
If rescheduling becomes necessary, we'll collaborate to find a suitable alternative date.
